Distilled Water
NAMES:
IUPAC: Water | Systematic IUPAC: Oxidane
SOURCE:
Grey Highlands, Ontario Canada
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:
Hydrogen and oxygen. No impurities, dissolved minerals, or organic compounds.
Distillation involves the transformation of aqueous vapor derived from the boiling of water, subsequently cooled and reverted to its liquid form. In contrast to natural spring and tap water, which may harbor minerals, bacteria, pesticides, and various contaminants, the distillation process serves as a purifying mechanism, eliminating all such impurities. Furthermore, it achieves the removal of over 99.9% of the minerals dissolved within the water matrix. Following the distillation procedure, the resultant water attains a neutral pH level of 7.0.
